Hours & billing
Prepaid-hours ledger per customer — record the blocks they've bought (with the Sage invoice ref), submit appointment time against them, and export a timesheet.
Select a customer to see their hours.
Every appointment in this range that hasn't been billed yet. Check each one, assign it to a customer and activity, confirm the mode, then submit — the billed hours are deducted from that customer's balance and won't appear here again.

A once-a-day heads-up (with a re-alert cooldown so it isn't a nag) when a customer drops to or below the threshold above. Always goes to your admins.
Re-alert if still low after days.
One per line — used to break down how a customer's hours were spent (meetings & planning, hardware, software, and so on).
Appointments tagged with any of these Outlook categories are skipped by the calendar scan — e.g. Business errand, Personal errand. Your billing category … and the Dismissed category are always skipped automatically. One per line.
Appointments tagged with any of these are always pulled into Review & Submit, even if they also carry a blacklisted category. Anything with no category — and any category on neither list — is pulled in too, so outliers always surface to be dealt with. One per line.
When you dismiss an appointment in Review & Submit, it's tagged with this Outlook category so it's marked in your calendar and skipped from then on. (Create the category in Outlook and give it your colour of choice.)
Download a full copy of everything — the prepaid-hours ledger, customer master, timers, your user list and agent keys, servers and view/mute state — as one file. (Live secrets in .env are deliberately left out.) Restoring replaces the live data from a backup file (a pre-restore snapshot is kept, so it's undoable).
Scheduled jobs that run on their own. For each one, choose whether it runs and who gets notified.
Saves a full copy of your data every night. Preferred destination is OneDrive/SharePoint; if that isn't available yet it emails the backup file to admins instead.

At the start of each month, emails a report of the previous month: hours utilised per customer, utilisation per engineer, and hours left per customer — with a CSV attached.
As month-end approaches, reminds people about completed appointments that haven't been written up into timesheets yet.
Start reminding in the last days of the month.

On a client's PC choose Field — it shows only their servers, their open matters and the agent download, and never loads your email, calendar or tasks.
